Fasting - Day 2

Today I only had lemon juice in hot water, some apple/forest fruit juice and some spirulina. Oh, and I also had some Livatone powder in the juice once or twice. Plus dandelion tea and Teecino. I’m sure that’s still called fasting as I didn’t have any food.

I’m sure I’m starting to feel colder. The depression hasn’t lifted just yet, which is surprising as it’s the second day. Usually by the second day of a detox (where I don’t eat solids for the first 2 days) I feel alot better.  Here’s hoping that tomorrow will be brighter.

I’m certainly paying the price for a bit of food and drink enjoyment over the weekend. Ho, ho, ho. Looking forward to the rest of my life watching everything I eat or paying the price. Sounds great.

By the way, I also hope to lose some weight on this fast because I’m near the maximum I like to weigh.

Oh, and this morning I went to the gym. I did 50 minutes of upper body weights, going as hard as I could. Then 5 minutes running on the treadmill. Felt fine and dandy.
